At Dock Builders Supply, we want you to be completely satisfied with your maritime-inspired apparel. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the original items with all tags attached into their original shipping bag or a secure box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it securely to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number until your refund or exchange has been processed.
